FAQ’s

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are part of the family too, so why not!!! Please ensure you let us know on booking.

Can I Buy SHOOT Gift Vouchers?

Yes. Just call in to the studio or give us a ring and we can process the order and post them to you.

Can I Have My Picture Taken Alone?

Yes. We accommodate for every occasion, but why not take advantage of our model sessions or a relaxing but fun, boudoir session.

Can We Come As A Couple?

Yes. We would be happy to have you so come on in!!!

Can We Have A Traditional Photographic Session?

Yes. The reason why we don’t specialise in this type of photography is because we like to capture your personality and experience through our photography. We find that the best results are achieved when people are relaxed and having fun.

Do You Come To The Home?

We don’t come to the home for studio sessions or studio consultations. We do offer location shoots where you can take advantage as a family, model portfolios, corporate work etc.
Our wedding consultations can be done at home.

Do You Do Hair and Make Up For My Photograph Shoot?

No we don’t do hair and make-up ourselves but for an extra cost we can arrange for one of our freelance hair and make up artists to come to the studio prior to your shoot. Please ask for details.

How Do I Order?

After your session in the studio, you will be invited back to come and view your photographs in our viewing suite. Here you can bring the family and browse your photographs, picking your favourites. We will then work with you to create a bespoke piece of artwork which is personal to you. This will then be processed and ordered.

How Long Will My Order Take?

After we have worked with you and designed your product(s), we then have to finalise your design and send away for the final product. We aim to have the final piece back between 2-3 weeks.

How Many People Can Come To My Shoot?

We want to see the more the merrier!!! We can arrange your session so that we will capture you all as a group and then work with different family members so we get a lot of variety in you photographs. This is also a perfect time for the family to get together and have lots of fun and a good old giggle.

What Are Your Opening Times?

Monday 10am - 5pm | Tuesday – Thursday 9am – 5pm | Friday – Saturday 10am – 5pm  

(later appointments can be arrange upon request subject to availability)

What Payment Method Can I Use To Make Purchase?

Cash
Debit/Credit Card

Do I Have To Leave A Deposit When I Place An Order?

Yes. We always ask for a deposit so that your order is secure. You can pay extra amounts towards your order if you wish until your product has arrived for you to collect and then the final amount will be due.

Who Do I Contact If I Have A Query About Any Of My Appointments?

Just call the studio and we will be happy to help you.

Who Owns The Copyright On My Images?

Please remember that Shoot retains the copyright to all the images taken at your sessions.
